Fermentation of garlic has been a tradition in Japan for many hundreds of years. Fresh garlic is naturally aged under controlled conditions. Unlike regular garlic, black garlic is completely odorless. It does not cause burping, bloating, or unpleasant odors. The positive and widely known benefits of garlic remain intact through fermentation.

Ginkgo comes from the eastern and western mountain forests of China and has been in use since the 11th century.
Today, it is considered one of the best-researched plants. A mighty ginkgo tree, reaching 30 to 40 meters in height, can live for several hundred years. It is increasingly found in gardens and parks. The leaves are said to support mental well-being.

Hawthorn has been known in European folk medicine since the 1st century AD and is traditionally used to support heart function.
